- •Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google OAuth.
- •Usage data: We collect information about how you use Room Design, including the room types and design styles you select, the number of generations you perform, and general usage patterns.
- •Uploaded images: Photos you upload are used solely to generate AI redesigns. We do not store your original photos beyond the duration of your session unless you explicitly save them.
- •Technical data: We collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited to improve our service.
2. How we use your information
- •To provide and improve the Room Design service.
- •To manage your account and credits.
- •To send you product updates and promotional emails (you can opt out at any time).
- •To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- •To comply with legal obligations.
3. Image data
- •Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider (Replicate) for processing. Replicate's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
- •We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded photos for training AI models without your explicit consent.
- •Generated images are temporarily stored to allow you to download them. They are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
4. Data sharing
- •We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- •We share data with trusted service providers (AI providers, hosting, analytics) only as necessary to operate our service.
- •We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Cookies
- •We use essential cookies for authentication (to keep you signed in) and session management.
- •We use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can opt out via your browser settings.
6. Your rights
- •You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

- •Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- •Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours.
- •Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days.

- •We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
- •API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed to clients.
- •We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
9. Changes to this policy
- •We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
- •Continued use of RoomAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
